What does Customish Print & Design sell?
We offer downloadable digital designs and finished physical products, depending on the listing. Ready-to-press transfers, custom creations, and laser engraving are coming soon. Check each listing for exactly what is included.
What is the difference between a digital download, a DTF transfer, sublimation, and a finished product?
A digital download is an electronic file; no physical item ships. A ready-to-press DTF transfer is a printed transfer you apply with suitable heat-press equipment. Sublimation uses compatible inks, equipment, and specially coated or polyester-based blanks to transfer a design with heat. A finished product is an item printed and shipped to you. Check each listing for what is included.
Will I receive a physical item when purchasing a digital design?
No. Digital purchases contain downloadable files only. Product mockups illustrate possible uses and are not included as physical merchandise.
How do I receive my digital files?
After successful payment, downloads are provided through your order confirmation or your customer account’s Downloads section, when applicable. Extract any ZIP folder before using the files.
What if my order email or download link does not arrive?
Check Spam, Junk, Promotions, and your email filters. If you purchased using an account, sign in to that account and check Downloads when available. Guest purchases may not appear in an account created afterward. Do not place a duplicate order just to obtain the file. Use our Contact page with your order number, checkout email address, purchase date, and product name so we can check access.
Can I use a design with a print-on-demand service?
Yes. Unless the product listing or included license states different terms, you may provide a purchased design to a production partner, including a print-on-demand provider, solely to manufacture finished physical products for you to sell. The partner may not independently sell, share, distribute, sublicense, or reuse the artwork. You may not resell the design as a digital download, printed transfer sheet, clipart, template, or digital bundle. Product-specific license restrictions still apply.
What should I include when reporting a problem?
For a download problem, include the product name, order number if available, checkout email address, error message, and software used. Report a damaged, defective, or incorrect physical item as soon as possible, preferably within 14 calendar days of delivery, with your order number and clear photos of the problem, the whole item, and relevant packaging. Reporting promptly helps us resolve the issue with our production partner. Retain the item and packaging while we review. This reporting window does not remove statutory rights. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.
Can you guarantee delivery for a particular date?
Production and transit estimates vary by item and destination. If timing is important, ask before ordering. A requested date in your order notes does not create a delivery guarantee. See the Shipping & Returns policy for delivery questions and assistance.
What file formats do you offer?
Formats vary by design and may include PNG or SVG. Please check each product description for the exact files and specifications.
Can I use your digital designs to make products to sell?
Eligible designs include permission to make and sell finished physical products, subject to the license terms included with the purchase. Reselling, sharing, redistributing, or offering the original digital files for download is not permitted.
Can I share a purchased design file?
No. Purchased digital files may not be shared or redistributed, whether for free or for payment. Anyone who wants the digital file must obtain their own license.
Can I get a refund on a digital download?
Digital downloads are final sale for change of mind or accidental purchase. If your file is missing, incorrect, corrupted, or unusable as supplied, contact us with your order number. See our Digital Download & No-Refund Policy. Applicable legal rights remain unaffected.
What equipment do I need for a DTF transfer or sublimation?
DTF transfers generally require a suitable heat press and compatible material. Sublimation generally requires a sublimation printer and inks, sublimation paper, a suitable heat press, and a compatible polyester-based or sublimation-coated blank. Sublimation does not print white ink and works best on white or light-colored compatible surfaces. Follow the instructions for your materials and equipment; time, temperature, and pressure vary.
Do you offer custom or personalized designs?
Custom design services are not currently available. If a listing offers personalization, follow its options and submission instructions and check all names, spelling, dates, sizes, and colors. Proofs are supplied only when the listing includes them. Contact us immediately about corrections; changes depend on production status.
How long does shipping take?
Physical products are made to order. Production and shipping are separate stages; estimates depend on the product, fulfillment partner, and destination. Check the product listing and checkout.
Will I receive tracking information?
When available, tracking is sent through your shipping confirmation or order details. Items may arrive in separate packages.
What if my physical order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us through CustomishPrint.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the item and packaging. Please contact us before returning anything; do not send items to the shipping-label address without instructions.
Can I return a physical product or exchange a size?
Because our physical products are made to order, we do not offer discretionary returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrectly selected size or color, or a change in preference. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied, contact us promptly with your order information and photos. We will review the issue and explain the appropriate remedy. Your applicable legal rights remain unaffected. See our Shipping & Returns policy. Never send a return without instructions; we will explain any applicable return conditions and postage arrangements.
What if my order includes a download and a physical product?
Each item follows its own policy. After payment confirmation, the digital file may be available while the physical item is still in production. A download link is not a shipping confirmation. Contact us and identify the item you need help with; cancelling or refunding the physical item does not automatically refund a digital purchase already supplied, and a digital-file issue does not automatically cancel the physical item. We will explain the items, amounts, and download-access changes covered by an approved resolution. Applicable legal rights remain unaffected.
What if payment fails or my bank shows a charge without confirmation?
Do not submit repeated orders. Check the order status and contact us with the order number if available, checkout email address, and payment date. A temporary bank authorization is not the same as a completed payment. If your customer payment succeeded but physical production is on hold, we need to investigate the fulfillment issue; do not pay again unless we have clarified the situation. Never send full card details.
Can I cancel or change an order?
For made-to-order physical items, contact us immediately. Changes or cancellation may not be possible once production begins. Digital purchases are subject to our digital final-sale policy.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
Contact us with the product type, quantity, customization details, and requested delivery date. We can review available options.
