Digital design listings are for downloadable files only. No physical shirt, tote, printed transfer, or other item will be shipped. Product photos and mockups are examples of how a design may be used.
DOWNLOAD INFORMATION
Once payment is confirmed, your digital files will be available through the download link in your Customish Print & Design order confirmation email or in your account’s Downloads section, when applicable. If the files are provided in a ZIP folder, extract the folder before using them.
Before purchasing, please review the product description, file format, specifications, and software compatibility. You are responsible for confirming that the files work with your intended software and equipment.
Missing Emails or Download Links
If your order email does not arrive, check Spam, Junk, Promotions, and any email filters. If you purchased using a customer account, sign in to that same account and check its Downloads section. Guest purchases may not appear in an account created later. A missing email does not necessarily mean payment failed; please do not buy the same file again just to obtain a link.
If you still cannot find your files, use our Contact page. Include your order number if available, the email address used at checkout, the purchase date, and the product name. We can check the order and available download access. Never send your password or full payment-card details.
File Compatibility and Printing
Check each listing for the included file formats, pixel dimensions, resolution information, and any disclosed enlargement. A PNG is a raster image and is not an SVG cutting file. Extract ZIP files before opening the contents. Printed colors and results vary with the printer, ink, materials, software, and settings; test at your intended size before making a production run.
License and Commercial Use
Use is governed by the product listing, the license supplied with the files, and our Terms & Conditions. Our standard buyer-file license permits personal projects and finished physical products for sale. You may supply the purchased design to a production partner, including a print-on-demand provider, solely to manufacture finished physical products on your behalf. The partner may not independently sell, share, distribute, sublicense, or reuse the artwork. You may not resell or distribute the design as a digital download, printed transfer sheet, clipart, template, or digital bundle, or otherwise make the file available for others to use. Editing the design does not grant redistribution rights. Product-specific license restrictions still apply.
Support Information
For a missing, incorrect, corrupted, or unusable file, tell us what happened and include a screenshot of any error and the software you are using. We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution. Our final-sale policy does not remove help for a file that was not supplied as described or any rights available under applicable law.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Because digital files are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, all digital download purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges or offer refunds for a change of mind, accidental purchase, choosing the wrong design, or incompatibility that was disclosed in the product description.
Orders That Also Include Physical Products
For orders containing both product types, digital files and physical items are handled separately under their respective policies. A paid download may be available while a physical item is still being made. Cancelling or refunding one item does not automatically cancel or refund the other. We will identify the items and amounts covered by any approved resolution, including applicable tax, shipping adjustments, and any change to download access. See Terms & Conditions for mixed orders and failed payments. Your applicable legal rights remain unaffected.
If a payment fails or remains unconfirmed, contact us before placing a duplicate order. If you have already accessed a download but see an unexpected payment failure or order cancellation, contact us so we can check both the payment and download status. A missing email alone does not establish that payment failed.
FILE ISSUES & SUPPORT
If you receive an incorrect, missing, damaged, corrupted, or unusable file, please contact Customish Print & Design through our website with your order number and a description of the issue. We will review the problem and work toward an appropriate resolution, including a corrected or replacement file where appropriate.
This policy applies only to digital downloads, not to physical products or ready-to-press transfers. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies available under applicable law.
